ADMIN; Jen - Prince Edward - Mabel Lidcomb	--------------------------------- The year is 1770 and with the Civil war just over the town of Charmeine is finally settling back down. Farming is going back to its usual self, Women are awaiting the return of their husbands. Children are once more playing in the feilds enjoying their youth. Churches are once more filled with people on Sunday mornings, Everything is starting to look up for this unfortunate town. But how long can it stay perfect, how long can any one town stay happy and wholesome. Everything is going to change now that the men are returning. The town is developing and land is being bought by the king, people are being forced out of their homes and people are frightened another war could break out at any time. In this small town in England, so much happens. But everything happens for a reason. Vote for Us: rules && guidelines // application form // celebrity claim	none at the moment.

The crowd stood silent and so did Elizabeth, she didnt know what to say. Pierre was shocked and he turned to Elizabeth "My mother has put you up to this hasnt she?" he was just as angered as Mabel but no emotion showed upon his face. " Mabel Darling, you have to understand.. i didnt have a choice either, now get off of the floor and act like a lady!" she gritted through teeth as she flashed everyone a small smile. "She's just a bit overwhelmed, carry on the music!" she called out to the muscians who had also stoped. The soft music began to play, but slowly.

"Mabel, come" she turned and walked to a small hall where hopefully they could talk.

Mabel stood but she did not follow. "I'm sorry Pierre, i didn't know, and i don't mean to sound rude, though my heart lies with another," she said gently wiping her face. She watched the woman she'd once called her mother but stood rooted on the spot, for she would not follow her.

"Its alright, i didnt know either.. none taken at all, i know what it is like" his gaze trailed back to her mother then he glared to his own. They where evil, he could see it in there eyes he could see it through there globs of make-up and diamonds. "I dont think i can be here anymore.. im terribly sorry" he bowed quickly and began to pass through the crowd to his seperate way.

Elizabeth stopped as she didnt hear any foot steps behind her and she sighed looking to her palms. this was to soon.. she thought as she leaned her head against the walls. what will make her see? she placed her hands on her face and began to glare. "Im going to go talk to this william"

Mabel curtsied quickly to Pierre and followed suit. She'd not stay here at the ball any longer. Her mind was a fluster and she ran as quickly and daintily as she could from the hall, leading outside to the steps, she'd go to William and tell him the bad news.
